Description
The Ontario Learning Development Foundation Inc. (OLDF) is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager to lead the delivery of our Youth Engagement Program (YEG). This exciting 24-month initiative supports underserved youth through skills training, certifications, and meaningful volunteer placements with community organizations. The Program Manager will work in-person and full-time to ensure the program runs smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Youth Engagement Program, ensuring program milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop detailed program plans and coordinate timelines and activities across multiple cohorts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and community partners to facilitate youth volunteer placements.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team including the Youth Engagement Coordinator and program trainers.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports.
- Meet monthly with the Executive Director to review achievements, challenges, and strategic direction.
- Support budget tracking and ensure resources are effectively utilized.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program coordination or management, preferably in youth, nonprofit, or community-based settings.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in-person and supervising on-site staff and programming.
